Each year, the neighborhood association names "Lawns of the Month" each month during summer. The neighborhood is divided into four zones and one "Lawn of the Month" will be named from each zone, each month.
Zone 1: Hancock, Clinton, Harper, Auburn, Wallace, Cottage Grove
Zone 2: Douglas, Oxford, VanWie, Rock Terrace
Zone 3: Melrose, Brown, Willoughby Terrace, Camlin
Zone 4: Harlem, Fulton, Country Club Terrace, Ellis
